Vera Sola shares haunting new single ‘The Ghostmaster’s Daughter’

Vera Sola returns with her latest single, ‘The Ghostmaster’s Daughter,’ ahead of her upcoming EP Ghostmaster, set to release on November 15, 2024, via City Slang.
‘The Ghostmaster’s Daughter’ offers fans a raw, stripped-back version of Vera Sola’s sound, featuring her signature fingerstyle guitar and haunting vocals. The long-time favorite track from her live performances was originally intended for her 2024 album, Peacemaker, but was left out due to thematic and sonic differences. However, due to its growing popularity, Vera Sola decided to re-record and release it, capturing the intimate energy of her live performances.
In her own words, Vera Sola describes the song as “a love story staged across lifetimes—which at its core touches upon the possibility of transformation and transcendence. The end of a romance doesn’t have to mean the end of love. All that ends offers a chance at a beginning.”
