Jennifer Lopez Slammed For Sharing Butt Selfie Amid Ben Affleck Divorce

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s divorce has not been legally settled, and because there is no prenup, they may face a hitch over sharing their assets.

The “Lopez Vs. Lopez” star is fed up with Jennifer’s online antics and has directed a scathing criticism towards her for recently posting a thirst trap while her divorce from Affleck isn’t yet finalized.

According to Page Six, George made the remarks in Thursday’s episode of iHeartRadio’s “Politickin‘” podcast, which features hosts Gavin Newsom, Marshawn Lynch, and Doug Hendrickson.

“You look at Ben Affleck — you never seen one dude more miserable and being married,” He said. “And Jennifer Lopez posting a tweet … a selfie with her a-s, it’s almost like, next!”

“The minute their divorce isn’t even final, they’re already taking pictures of their a-s. Like, next!” George joked, adding that the “Jenny From The Block” singer “can’t survive” the backlash her sultry selfie generated.

Jennifer tweeted a carousel of snaps on X and Instagram, which included the controversial “belfie” [butt selfie] she popularized.

In the photo, she rocked a onesie and posed in front of a large mirror, flaunting her famous derriere.

A source recently told Page Six that the 55-year-old singer “is looking to make over her image” as she goes through the final stages of her broken marriage to Affleck.

Although she’s reportedly going strong with her inner circle, including her long-time manager Benny Medina, the insider explained that she’s “open to listening to new voices of those around her.”

However, amid these changes, Jennifer has not left her Instagram followers starved of her beautiful carousel as she continues to share stunning photos of her daily life and fun videos that usually feature her cocktail brand, Delola.

Her recent photo carousel on Instagram featured a close-up shot of a T-shirt with a quote from poet R.H. Sin, saying, “She’s in bloom and unbothered out of reach and at peace.”

The “Ain’t Your Mama” singer filed for a divorce from the “Gone Girl” actor at the Los Angeles Superior Court without a lawyer, which some experts have said was to show that “she was done” with their marriage.

However, the pair still have to sort out their assets, and the lack of a prenup threatens to make the proceedings turbulent.

One such asset is their Beverly Hills marital home, for which they paid $60 million in 2023 and have now placed on the market for $68 million.

According to People Magazine, a source disclosed that the then-husband-and-wife duo were not on the same page when they bought the sprawling property, and she seemingly had to “compromise” after much thought.

“The $68 million mansion was Ben’s idea and a major compromise for her,” the insider shared. “She agreed to it because of its spacious layout, accommodating both their families, a gym and a pickleball court, office space, plus it has two private entrances.”

The source also shared that Jennifer didn’t really like the ultra-modern aesthetic of the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom mansion and that “she loves the romantic, Spanish, European vibe.”

According to People, Affleck has started “slowly moving into his new home” in Pacific Palisades and is moving on well with his life.

A source told the news outlet, “He’s where he wants to be: close to his kids and in a neighborhood that he loves.” They added, “He enjoys working too and is very focused on the positives.”

On the other hand, Jennifer is reportedly trying to move on from the actor, although she is still upset over the end of her marriage.

A source close to the singer disclosed that “she still feels very fortunate” with her life even though she feels “some bitterness” about the split after trying “so hard to make things work.”
