Pia Muehlenbeck, a successful influencer and YouTuber, recently took a trip to Syros Island, capturing the experience for her followers on Instagram. A few weeks ago, she shared a series of beachside photos, captioned, “No better days than beach club days 🏝️ 🍹 ps. The vlog from this part of our trip is now up on YouTube. I hope you like it. 🥰” Pia’s posts reflect her love for travel, wellness, and healthy living, which she integrates seamlessly into her vibrant lifestyle.
Muehlenbeck likes to swim to keep herself in shape. While on a trip to Bali, she spent a lot of time in the water. Muehlenbeck shared this video on Instagram of herself enjoying the beach. She captioned it, “This might be my new favourite spot in Bali. We’re staying at @ayanavillasbali in Jimbaran Bay. Its a huge resort property with a beach club, rock bar that is literally built into the cliffside, mini golf course and more pools than I can count. Its heaven on earth… 🌴 @ayanaresort @rockbarbali 🔈 #travel.”
Muehlenbeck eats a lot of fruit. Especially for brunch. One thing she enjoys are strawberries. In this Instagram video, Muehlenbeck is seen enjoying a floating brunch table in the pool. In the fruit bowl are strawberries. Muehlenbeck captioned the post, “Not the worst way to start the day! 🥑🍉🍊🥭 So this is the Floating Brunch in-villa experience at @ayanavillasbali 🥰 They have a few different menus to choose from, we chose the Brunch menu, which was more than enough for two people… oh and it comes with bubbly too! 🍾 I’d recommend doing this on your last day just before checkout… I always find the morning of checking out of a hotel to be a little bit of ‘dead time’ but this filled that just perfectly. 🏝️”
In the previous Instagram video, Muehlenbeck is seen enjoying kiwis as a part of her brunch. According to The Cleveland Clinic, kiwis have a lot of benefits. “Fiber, the indigestible part of plant foods, keeps your digestion running smoothly. Kiwi is an excellent source of fiber, with 5 grams in a 1-cup serving. Much of its fiber is in the skin, so just wash and cut — don’t peel — your kiwi. (Yep, it’s OK to eat the fuzzy brown parts!) Kiwi could have gut benefits that you won’t find in many other foods.”
Muehlenbeck shared this video on Instagram of herself going through her day. In it, she is seen making a smoothie. Muehlenbeck shared the recipe she used in the post’s caption. “Might do these mini-vlogs more regularly… what do you think? 🤔Cheery ripe smoothie: Frozen cherries. Chocolate protein. Chia Seeds. Coconut water. Sprinkle with coconut chips.”
Muehlenbeck is also seen doing Pilates in her mini-vlog on her Instagram. ACE Fitness states that Pilates has a lot of health benefits. “Pilates — once a niche strength, mobility, and recovery technique for dancers — has gone mainstream. The low-intensity, muscle-strengthening workout can promote flexibility, mobility, and posture. What’s more, it can set your body up to complete other more intense strength-training safely.”
