WBFF Star Margarita Ventura in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Positive Mindset"

Margarita Ventura is all about spreading positivity and motivation. In a recent social media post, the WBFF star showcased her stunning physique in a two-piece workout outfit while powering through an intense gym session. With the caption “Positive Mindset,” she reminded her followers of the importance of staying mentally strong and focused. Known for her dedication to fitness and self-care, Margarita’s lifestyle is a testament to the power of consistency and a positive attitude. Curious about how she maintains her incredible shape? Here’s a look at her approach to diet, fitness, and self-care.

Margarita’s main form of fitness is strength training. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

“The mind-muscle connection is such a real psychological and therapeutic anchor,” Margarita captioned a post. Have you ever had a moment where reconnecting with your passions and values transformed your approach to fitness? 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️Stay focused, keep your movements clean and your intentions high. Remember, the mind-muscle connection is key to maximizing your gains.” One of her favorite lower body exercises? “For leg press, I like to do 4 sets of 10-15 reps on the lighter side and 8-12 reps when pushing heavy weights. It’s a burner, but so worth it!”

Margarita does barbell hip thrusters, doing “lots of reps, focusing on form and intensity,” she says in a post. “Sometimes, it’s all about getting back to basics, finding that rhythm, and pushing through with dedication and grit. 💪🏽 Remember, it’s not just about lifting heavy – it’s about staying committed, disciplined, and always showing up for yourself. Keep hustling, stay focused, and trust the process. 👊🏽.”

“Good nutrition and cardio are key, but I also love building out my lats for that tapered waist and a sexy, strong back. Nothing beats feeling confident in those backless dresses!” says Margarita in a post. Cable lat pull-downs are her “go-to warm-up to wake up those lats and crush back day,” she reveals. “My tempo here is 8-12 reps, moderately heavy weight, with a 2-second pause at peak position. Repeat.”

Margarita also burns calories via dance fitness. “Call me when you wanna dance! 📱💃🏻Dancer first. Dancer always. Dancer forever,” she captioned an Instagram post at dance class. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.
