When did Oasis split?

Oasis split on August 28, 2009.

The breakup was announced after a backstage argument between Noel and Liam Gallagher during a performance at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris.

This disagreement led Noel Gallagher to leave the band, stating that he could no longer work with Liam.

The split marked the end of the band’s career, although both brothers continued with their solo projects and other musical endeavours.

Insiders had told The Sun the warring brothers had secretly come together recently for a photoshoot which would be used to promote the gigs.

The dramatic reunion came after the Mancunian brothers ended their 19-year long feud.
