Charli XCX in SKIMS Lingerie Shows Off New Fit — Celebwell

Trending on TikTok for her song Apples, Charli XCX, a.k.a. Charlotte Aitchison, is known for her singing and songwriting. The Cambridge born English singer is into fashion trends and beauty, as much as she is health and wellness. “Charli XCX For SKIMS. Shot by @petrafcollins New SKIMS Cotton, coming August 21,” she said on Instagram posing in various SKIMS. We did some digging to find out what Charli does to stay so fit and healthy, especially when on the road.

She makes time for the gym, but especially values the athletic wear. “When I say “into the gym”… I went to the gym for the first time last night, and I was way more into what I was wearing than what I was actually doing,” she admitted to Daily Mail. The point is, she still went and is creating good habits. If that happens to be while she’s in a cute, colorful, workout outfit, then hey, so be it!

Wellness has been a huge priority for her. “I perform in a really high octane and energetic type of way. So, for me, it’s important to keep fit. Also, I find that if I don’t exercise, I feel less awake. I try to workout five times a week because it really lifts my mood and makes me feel more positive. It’s important for me to stay balanced,” she said to Forbes.

She loves to splurge every so often, and pizza is a favorite. “I think you’ve just got to do your thing. I mean I love pizza, and I think everyone is human and they go for that stuff,” she said about choosing her favorite foods on occasion. According to Northwestern Medicine, “for those on a highly restrictive, low-calorie diet, psychologists and nutritionists often believe that cheat meals allow individuals to eat better throughout the week.”

She works hard to maintain her routine. “It is really hard, especially when I’m flying,” she admits to Forbes. “And whilst I do really want to try to work out five days a week minimum, it’s just not practical for me when I’m traveling so much. It’s just a balance in life. Just making sure you take care of yourself. It often like starts really well and then as the tour progresses it gets a little bit harder. I try my best to kind of sustain throughout.”

She factors in body weight workouts, especially while on the go. “I always take a yoga mat everywhere and do body-weight exercises. I try to do that before each show. It really works for me,” she said to Forbes. According to Harvard Health Publishing, “all exercise is beneficial. But even stacked up against other types of workouts, body-weight exercise has a lot to offer. Not only does it provide an excellent workout, but it can also help you overcome some common excuses for avoiding exercise, like “I don’t have time to go to the gym” and “I don’t have space for a stationary bike at home.” All you have to do is move your body.”
