She loves spending time near the water. She said on Instagram, “on an adventure for a lifetime,” as she climbed rocks, walking near the water along the shore. According to Better Health, “swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water. Swimming is a good all-round activity because it keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness, helps you maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs,” in addition to other benefits.

You can book a glass tasting or a bottle, either can be accompanied with a dinner & a chef.”

She spends time outside in the winter, hitting the slopes, as seen in this Instagram video of her, captioned “made it out to Aspen this season ❄️🎿🏔️🌲🤍 #skiseason #aspen #aspencolorado #snow.” According to SkiCanada, “in one hour of downhill skiing, you’ll burn a ton of calories (approximately 432 for a 155lb person!) and the calorie burn will continue after you’ve finished your day on the slopes, according to this study. The direct effect skiing and snowboarding has on your lower-body strength and muscle mass will be evident after a day on the slopes as your quads, calves, and glutes feel the burn!
