The Bachelorette's Andi Dorfman Workout Gear is Jogging, "Slow but Doing It"

Andi Dorfman, known for her time on the 18th season of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, took to social media. She posted on her Instagram stories, “5 miler and we’re baaaackk!! .5 mile walk + .5 mile jog, 1 mile slow jog, .5 mile walk + .5 mile jog, 1 mile slow jog, .5 mile walk + .5 mile jog. Slow but doing it,” with a thumbs up and a smile. She makes an effort to stay physically fit, but what exactly does she do? We did a little research to find some of her go-to health and wellness habits.

As mentioned in the intro, she started jogging and walking a total of 5 miles, rotating between walks and jogs. According to Better Health, “regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, and help maintain a healthy weight.”

She enjoys spending time on the water, loving and appreciating life. “Celebrating year one was fun even though I thought it was crazy to go from the end of our honeymoon to the beginning of our anniversary trips within a month … but @blaineh86 reminded me that it took us 3 1/2 decades to get here so we are gonna celebrate us every chance we get! I concur! Take the trip! Here’s to love, and celebrating that love and the absolute gem of place you are Harbour Island,” she said on Instagram.

She spends time being active outdoors, even in the winter. “Scenes from the most epic place on Earth … ‘Til next time #Vail 🎿,” she said on snaps from a ski trip to Colorado. Same with this post, captioned “day one of skiing: A lesson in humility + yours truly is headed to ski school tomorrow but wow this place is absolutely magical 😂🎿 #vail.” According to SkiCanada, “regardless of your health and fitness goals, strapping on a pair of skis or a snowboard is sure to fulfill some of them. Due to the versatility of skiing and snowboarding, it can encompass the benefits of a cardio workout, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session, and strength training session, all in one fun activity.”

She indulges in good food. In an Instagram post captioned, “saying hello to 37 in my (rainy) New York Heaven! 36, what a big year you were. From marriage to house building and beyond, you will always be a memorable one. Can’t wait to see what 37 brings us 😉🙏🏻💕🎂🎈 ( ps thanks for making today and everyday special @blaineh86 ),” on a photo of her noshing on pizza, shows that she will splurge on occasion.

She likes home cooking when she has the time. “This one’s worth saving! Made the easiest + yummiest slow cooker chicken Chili tonight …. Go me lol! 🤤,” she said on instagram. According to helpguide.org, “convenience food is typically high in chemical additives, hormones, sugar, salt, unhealthy fat, and calories, all of which can adversely affect your brain, outlook, and physical health. It can leave you feeling tired, bloated, and irritable, and exacerbate symptoms of depression, stress, and anxiety.”
