Alix Earle Bares Abs and Legs During Sun-Soaked Getaway in Sorrento

Alix Earle is heating up Italy in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the influencer flaunts her incredible curves in a two-piece. “Gone to Sorrento ⛵️🇮🇹” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “the body is bangin sis,” commented one of her followers. “Boody rockin errwhere,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Alix’s routine “often depends on what I’m feeling that day, but I usually start off with 12-3-30 on the treadmill and then go from there,” she told E! News. “It often feels like there’s not enough time in the day, but I never regret getting some physical activity in,” she added. “I tell myself all I have to do is get myself to the gym and then once I’m there I feel more motivated to workout.”

After her 30 minute treadmill workout, Earle moves on to strength training and then does an ab routine from Youtube, she told Hollywood Life. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

“I also love Pilates classes or even following a few YouTube videos to target certain areas, my favorite being booty and abs!” Alix added to E! According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to Pilates, which “strengthens the body’s inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

What does Alix eat? In one What I Eat in a Day video, she revealed that she starts the day with a veggie egg scramble with spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms, topped off with hot sauce, for breakfast. Next up, a “lunch snack,” consisting of a chia parfait and an immunity shot. Chips and salsa and hearts of palm make a great mid-day snack, she says. Prior to exercisings she drinks a pre-workout from AminoLean, Berry Alixir. For dinner she might have a chicken bowl with chicken, sweet potatoes, and broccoli with a side of mac n’ cheese. “Balance is key. Do not restrict yourself,” she says.

Alix is a coffee drinker. In a TikTok she revealed her Starbucks order: Grande shaken espresso with almond milk, two to three pumps of vanilla syrup, and cinnamon powder. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
