The Disney Channel alum, who starred in Zoey 101, shared a mix of selfies and photos capturing moments she spent with her two daughters.
Jamie Lynn shares her daughter Maddie, 16, with her ex-fiancé Casey Aldridge, and Ivey, 6, with her husband Jamie Watson.
The first photo in the post showed the actress frowning and rocking a messy bun hairstyle while holding up a peace sign.
She also showed off her slim legs in tiny shorts and an oversized T-shirt that read “Ozempics 2024,” a play on the Olympics‘ logo.

Jamie Lynn stripped down the glam for a few more makeup-free shots, including a mirror selfie in a spa.
The child star wore a white robe and showed off her crazy hair again, which stuck out from all sides of her updo and around her face.
Jamie Lynn appeared to have just gotten out of bed in the last photo, where she was once more seen rocking an extremely messy hairstyle and no makeup.
The actress had seemingly just taken a bite of food as she was captured with full cheeks while holding something in her hand.
She wore a loose T-shirt and sweatshorts that fell to different lengths on each side.
In the comments, one fan pointed out the different “versions” of Jamie Lynn and how different she looked from her usual glam.
“It’s the first and last slides for me….. two of the many versions of JLS,” they said.
Jamie Lynn has been showing off her slimmer figure since last appearing on fans’ screens during Season 32 of Dancing with the Stars last fall.
She and DWTS pro Alan Bersten were eliminated in Week 2 of the ABC competition series.
Britney Spears’ conservatorship timeline
In September 2021, Britney’s case returned to a Los Angeles courtroom where Judge Brenda Penny made a number of bombshell rulings, following her father’s decision to end the conservatorship the month prior.
She ruled to rid Jamie of his daughter’s conservatorship, however, it did not mean the end of the conservatorship altogether.
Speaking in court, Judge Brenda Penny said: “Based on what I read in the filings, and I read everything. I do believe the suspension of Jamie Spears is in the best interest of Britney Spears.
“The current situation is unattainable. The court finds the toxic environment Jamie Spears has created needs to be removed today.”
Following the judge’s decision, a temporary conservator was put in Jamie’s place for about a month.
In early November 2021, Jamie was back in court filing new legal documents that show he’s done fighting.
Jamie had previously demanded $2 million in exchange for stepping down but documents at the time showed that he was not seeking any further compensation.
On November 12, Judge Penny ruled in favor of the pop star, removing Jamie from the position of conservator without requiring any further mental examination from Britney.
Jamie Lynn’s DWTS debut came around the same time her older sis Britney, 42, released her memoir, The Woman in Me.
Britney noted her relationship with Jamie Lynn in the book, even writing, “I’m working to feel more compassion than anger toward her and toward everyone who I feel has wronged me.”
This came after Britney spent nearly 14 years under her father’s conservatorship.

Earlier this year, however, the early 2000s pop star hurled scathing insults at her sister in a since-deleted video.
Britney discussed how Jamie Lynn went camping on a show called I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here last year.
During the show, Jamie Lynn often noted how much she missed her daughters.
“They bathed her in the jungle, little s**t,” Britney ranted in her video about her sister.

“She said ‘Bathe me cause I’m stuck in the jungle and I miss my kids. Oh! Cater to me.’ Little b***h.”
She then added in her caption that she wanted to “be a little b***h and get a bath in the jungle like my sis.”
Despite the insults, a source told TMZ that Jamie Lynn wasn’t bothered by her sister’s harsh words and was happy she was still alive.
They told the outlet that Jamie Lynn’s only focus was on Britney’s health and well-being.
