Downcast have shared the latest taste of their upcoming EP ‘WTF HAPPENED’ in the form of rage-filled, earworm single ‘Your Band Sucks Anyway’.
Arriving alongside a wickedly nostalgic music video, ‘Your Band Sucks Anyway’ is the third track to be unveiled from the EP, which arrives on September 06.
On the new single, the band have shared:
“‘your band sucks’ anyway’ is an anger fuelled track with infectious hooks. It’s the perfect song to sing along to in the car after a bad day at work. If you grew up in the 90s or early 2000s, the music video will instantly send you on a nostalgia trip.”
With nods to everything from Beavis and Butthead and Wayne’s World to The Simpsons and classic N64 game Pokemon Stadium, check out that 90’s-inspired music video below.
To celebrate the release of ‘WTF HAPPENED’, Downcast will be embarking on a string of headline shows throughout September.
