AMY O’Neill has barely aged a day since her Hollywood hit Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.
The 80s star rose to stardom when she took on the role of high-schooler Amy Szalinski in the 1989 Disney film.
Now aged 53, the actress took to Instagram and dazzled fans with her ageless beauty.
She looked incredible as she donned a casual outfit teamed with a small straw hat.
The star opted for a fresh look with minimal makeup, adding a pop of colour to her lips.
She continues to exude the classic American charm that catapulted her to fame.
Amy was just 18 years old when she played Wayne Szalinski’s daughter, Amy, in the Disney hit Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.
She returned to the role three years later in the sequel, Honey, I Blew Up the Kid in 1992.
She then went on to star as Pandra in 1992’s White Wolves: A Cry in the Wild II and played minor roles in such shows as Murder She Wrote and Gabriel’s Fire.
But in 1994 she stepped away back from mainstream acting.
She reportedly lost interest in acting due to receiving scripts that required nudity.
Amy told People at the time: “After I turned 22, the parts I was getting I didn’t want to do.
“There was nudity and I didn’t feel comfortable being that girl. I’m old-fashioned that way.”
After giving up a career in acting, she joined the circus skills troupe Girls On Stilts, where she juggled, performed firebreathing and walked on stilts.
Since then, she has appeared in a couple of small productions including the TV show Baskets and the short film The Follower.
