Bebe Rexha In Workout Gear Is “Reconnecting With My Roots and Family”

Bebe Rexha went on a very emotional trip to North Macedonia to see friends and family. Rexha, 34, shared highlights of her trip, including a picture of herself wearing black leggings and a matching top, posing against a beautiful green landscape and blue skies. “After 12 years, I returned to my dad’s hometown in Diber, Macedonia. Reconnecting with my roots and family was deeply emotional. Visiting my grandfather’s grave was especially meaningful, as I couldn’t attend his funeral in time while on tour. Family means everything to me, and this visit reminded me of the importance of our bonds ❤️,” she captioned the post. Here’s how the singer stays healthy and happy.

Rexha’s trainer Robert Brace swears by HIIT workouts. “It’s the fastest way to lose weight and get lean,” he told Hollywood Life. “The quick bursts of high intensity followed by short bursts of rest raise your metabolism, burn fat and build lean muscle in a fraction of the time of a regular workout. Try this version.

  1. Run on the spot for twenty seconds. Rest for ten seconds
  2. Jumping Jacks for twenty seconds. Rest for ten seconds.
  3. Punches for twenty seconds. Rest for ten seconds
  4. Squats for twenty seconds. Rest for ten seconds
  5. Repeat steps 1 through 4″

Rexha can’t live without her LiCi Fit Midnight Cheetah V-Cut Scrunch Leggings. “The founder is this woman from L.A. who has always had a problem that I’ve had, too: When you have to size up in bottoms because you need extra room for your booty, but then the waistband doesn’t fit,” she told The Strategist. “It’s annoying how a lot of big brands just don’t really cater to curvier women. I have so many pairs. They’re all so chic and they fit really, really well.”

Rexha has to pay special attention to her bleached hair. “I use those little bottles of Olaplex Hair Perfector No. 3 two to three times a week,” she told Allure. “You’re supposed to put a little dime-size [amount] in your hair and then rinse it, but I just leave it in my hair for a day straight. Or sometimes I’ll take coconut oil and soak my hair in it. I also love putting Sachajuan Intensive Hair Oil all over my hair. I use, like, almost a quarter of the bottle every other day, and that gets expensive, so I try to always get coconut oil. I’m constantly hydrating my hair.”

Rexha always cleans and moisturizes her skin. “Since I’m on a tour bus, sometimes it’s really hard for me to wash my face, so I always make sure I have those Neutrogena Make-up Remover Cleansing Towelettes,” she told Allure. “No matter what and no matter how long the days are, I always have to wash with those before bed and when I wake up.”

Rexha deals with frequent weight fluctuations from living with PCOS. “I gained a lot of weight in like four years. Like a lot. I remember going to my doctor, and I was counting my calories, right? Weighing things,” she said on TikTok, via JustJared. “I would have like 1,400 calories a day and then I would work out one to two times a day burning anywhere from like 500 to 700 calories depending on what strength training and what cardio I did… My doctor was like, ‘Do you think that’s sustainable? To be eating 1,400 calories and burning 700.’ And I was like, ‘No.’ My doctor once told me that a woman with PCOS can eat a bowl of blueberries, and it would be equivalent to a normal person eating a whole pie of pizza.”
