After a fan commented on her good her arms looked in an Instagram post, Khloe replied and made a confession.
“Wow, best compliment ever!!!!!” she said.
“Years of training, but I was told once I would never have good arms, so this made my day.”
Khloe got serious about her fitness routine and diet when her marriage to former professional basketball player Lamar Odom was on the rocks.
She even ended up hosting her own reality show, Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian on E!.
