Hailey Bieber in Workout Gear Wows With "Summer So Far"

Hailey Bieber is a model and the founder of a makeup line, Rhode Beauty. She and her husband, Justin Bieber, are set to welcome their first child soon. Bieber recently shared some life highlights on Instagram. In them, she watched ducks, ate caramel apples, and spent time with her dog. She captioned the post, “Summer so far.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Hailey Bieber stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

Bieber tells Harper’s Bazaar that she loves to do Pilates to stay fit. “I used to be a dancer, so I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That’s probably my favorite workout.” The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates can help with flexibility. “There’s quite a bit of stretching in Pilates — which translates to improved flexibility. In addition to expanding the range of activities you can do, flexibility may protect you from injury, help your muscles relax and help you retain both mobility and range of motion as you get older.”

Bieber makes sure that she does a cardio workout. And she shared her favorite in her Harper’s Bazaar interview. “I also recently started to box for some cardio. I found that remembering the combinations and learning how move your body in boxing has been good for mental health.” The Cleveland Clinic states that boxing has a lot of benefits. “The calories you burn during boxing can help you maintain or achieve a healthy weight. One study compared boxing training versus moderate-intensity walking in people with a body mass index (BMI) of greater than 25 (which is considered having overweight/obesity). The researchers noted reductions in BMI, waist circumference and body fat percentage in the boxing group, while the walking group showed no changes.”

Bieber has amazing skin and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in a YouTube video. Bieber revealed that to take off her makeup, she uses an oil cleanse. “I started [oil cleansing] during quarantine, and it has honestly made the biggest difference in my skin. So that’s how I take my makeup off now. I don’t do it any other way.”

Bieber revealed in her YouTube video that she has two cleansers. After using the oil, she uses HoliFrog Tashmoo Waterlily Nourishing Milky Wash. “I like cleansers that don’t get super super foamy,” Bieber explained. “I prefer something that’s like a milkier, hydrating, nourishing wash. I never like for my skin to feel dry and stripped and tight after I wash it.”  

Bieber opened up about her diet and exercise secrets with Harper’s Bazaar. In it, she revealed that she has reduced her meat consumption. “I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine,” she explained. “I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don’t eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don’t eat a lot of it. I’ve picked up more fish, greens, and lentils.”
