Madison Reyes in Workout Gear Shares Gym "Action Shots"

Madison Reyes  is unveiling her new exercise gear collection. In a new social media post the singer shows off her incredible body while promoting her new sportswear line. “Action shots of our new All Kinds of Love Crewneck wore it out to the gym looking prettyyy good! Did you get your hands on one? Orders to be shipped out soon just waiting on correct tote bags 🩷 (sweats not available)” she captioned the post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Madison enjoys ice skating. “Had an amazing christmas with my love this year! Got to go to a private ice skating session at the ppl center. Had a fun christmas pajama party, was so nice to see everyone! Madison cooked with every gift she got me, i know i did a good job getting hers aswell haha! Hope everyone had a merry christmas!” she captioned a post. According to Harvard Medical School, ice skating will burn up to 200 calories per hour. It is also great for joint and muscle health and helps improve balance and coordination.

One of her main forms of fitness? Dancing, a great workout that helps build strength and promote flexibility, and also helps you lose weight and promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

Madison has the ultimate workout partner, her boyfriend Shaun Scudder. “#gymbuddys,” she captioned a post.

Madison hits the gym for strength training sessions. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Madison regularly shares photos of her coffee drinks. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
