Duran Duran have announced a new run of US tour dates, including a special Halloween concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
The October 2024 jaunt officially kicks off in Allentown, PA and includes additional dates in Verona, NY; Uncasville, CT; Atlantic City, NJ; and Baltimore, MD, leading up to the Danse Macabre Halloween Party at MSG on October 31st. The tour will then come to a close on November 2nd in Manchester, NH.
A Live Nation ticket pre-sale is set for Thursday, July 11th at 10:00 a.m. local time (use code STRUM) via Ticketmaster, with a public on-sale following on Friday, July 12th. at 10:00 a.m. local time.
The tour dates will arrive on the one-year anniversary of Duran Duran’s latest album, Danse Macabre, which saw the band reimagine songs from their own back catalog as well as cover classic songs by Billie Eilish and Talking Heads with a dark twist.
In other Duran Duran news, frontman Simon Le Bon was recently appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire as part of King Charles’ 2024 Birthday Honours, while the identity of the model of Duran Duran’s Rio album cover was discovered after 42 years.
