Scarlett Johansson's Stunt Double Heidi Moneymaker in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Having Fun"

Heidi Moneymaker is having a good time training in the desert. In a new social media post Scarlett Johansson’s stunt double shows off her amazing body and athletics skills while training in the Moab Desert. “Having fun today in the middle of nowhere! #desert #utah #moab #greenriver #flipping #training #funworkouts #grateful,” she captioned the post. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Heidi works out with a trainer to achieve her fitness goals. “Thank you Jermaine @maineinthemirror for pushing me so hard… even when I make you train me at 5am! #handstandpushups #handstand #pushups #5amworkouts #traininghard,” she captioned a post.

Heidi does strength training, focusing on breaking down carbles, weights, and bodyweight exercises into circuits. “Fun little full range circuit. 🏋️‍♀️🤸🏼🤸🏻‍♂️🧘🏼🥇👯‍♂️💃🏼👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻🤟🏻👏🏻,” she captioned a post. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Heidi also does boxing workouts.  Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

Spin classes are part of Heidi’s weekly workout routine. “Spinning with my two fave gals!” she captioned a post. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

As she is a stunt double, Heidi spends a lot of time practicing martial arts. Studies confirm that the practice helps with balance, cognitive function and psychological health in addition to weight loss and physical fitness.
