A$AP Rocky has announced his long-awaited new album, Don’t Be Dumb, will finally be released on August 30th.
Back in December 2022, Rocky revealed that Don’t Be Dumb was “finished” during a Thursday Night Football commercial. The tracklist is currently unknown, but the album could feature any number of the singles he’s released over the past few years, including “D.M.B.,” “Shittin’ Me,” “Same Problems?,” and “Riot (Rowdy Pipe’n).”
In the time since A$AP Rocky’s last album, 2018’s Testing, he’s had two children with Rihanna, RZA Athelston Mayers and Riot Rose. He’s also run into trouble with the law. Besides landing in a Swedish jail in 2019, he was charged with assault with a firearm in connection to a November 2021 shooting. Rocky pleaded not guilty to the latter case this past January.
Pre-orders for physical copies of Don’t Be Dumb are ongoing at Rocky’s American Sabotage website.
