In a new social media post the track and field star turned influencer shows off her flat abs in a hot pink Nike top and black bike shorts. “New day, new outfit,” she wrote about the Instagram Stories image. Clara spends a good amount of time doing track and field training. As she is a pole vaulter, it involves a lot of sprinting and jumping. Clara gets regular massages to keep her body healthy. According to the Mayo Clinic, studies support the many benefits of getting a regular rub down. These include stress reduction, lessening pain and muscle tightness, increased relaxation, and improved immunity.
