TAYLOR SWIFT will finally bring her Eras Tour to the UK – kicking off tomorrow in Edinburgh.
And now one of the pop star’s former tour managers has told just how she keeps her energy so high during her three-hour sets.
In a viral video on TikTok, it’s revealed that Taylor drinks daily ginger shots and has IV drips to make sure she has more energy than that incredibly irritating Duracell bunny off the telly.
She also sings her full set list while jogging or taking a fast walk on a treadmill.
Previously speaking about how seriously she takes life on the road, Taylor said: “I knew this tour was harder than anything I’d ever done before by a long shot.
“I finally, for the very first time, physically prepared correctly.
“I wanted to be so over-rehearsed that I could be silly with the fans and not lose my train of thought.
“Learning choreography is not my strong suit.”
Gruelling fitness regime or not, I still think Taylor is superhuman.
The Sun previously revealed how Taylor’s 15 UK shows are expected to boost the country’s coffers by almost £1billion.
Fans are expected to fork out a massive £848 on average to see Taylor when she plays at venues across the country, including eight huge nights at Wembley stadium.
According to experts at Barclays bank, Swifties will splash the cash like crazy when Tay finally comes to town, forking out on things such as a hotel for the night, travel, new outfits, drinks and even pre-show parties.
Since she kicked off the shows last year, Taylor has broken a number of records — including in December when she became the first ever artist to gross more than $1billion from a single tour.
The feat eclipsed Sir Elton John’s Farewell Yellow Brick Road gigs across 2022 and 2023.
