MATT Rife has canceled his two Indiana shows at the last minute.
The comedy star announced the news on Instagram and X, formerly known as Twitter, on Wednesday.

Matt, 28, was due to perform at the Indiana University Auditorium in Bloomington on Wednesday night.
His two shows were scheduled for 7 pm and 10 pm, according to WIBC Indiana.
At around 7:40 pm, however, the Netflix star shared a post that they couldn’t go ahead due to a health issue.
“INDIANA: I’m so f**king sorry, but due to a last minute medical emergency I have to reschedule our shows tonight (again).
“I’ve been doing 40+ shows a month for a year and half and never had to do something like this, I’m so so sorry, I hope you understand and I love you so much,” he wrote on X.
Reply to his own tweet, he added, “Refunds are being issued, working on it now. Sorry again.”
Despite assuring ticket holders that they’d be compensated, Matt didn’t go into further detail about what the “medical emergency” was.
FAN CONCERN
Many of Matt’s fans quickly replied to his thread, sharing their support after the troubling news.
“Take care yourself. You’re the ONLY one that can do that for YOU!” one person wrote.
“The boy’s killing himself for his craft. But he’s a great one,” said a second.
“Matt don’t be sorry. Health always comes first. Hope you get better!” added a third social media user.
However, others replied to suggest that they weren’t as forgiving of the last-minute cancelation.
“Everyone saying ‘Hope you’re good, bro. Take care of yourself’ didn’t just waste $600 on tickets plus hotel room and travel. Canceling the same venue twice? D**k move!” said one.
“Drove 3 hours to see you man. This was a waste,” raged a second.

Other commenters suggested that Matt was overworking himself, after he recently joked about his lack of sleep.
“Sometimes I feel 98 years old and then I remember I sleep maybe 14 hours a week if I’m lucky so I am quite literally a corpse,” Matt wrote on X on May 26.
THINK TWICE
Matt’s cancelation of his Indiana shows makes it the second time his performances haven’t gone ahead for his Bloomington fans.
Wednesday’s shows were originally set to take place in February, but were rescheduled after a prior cancelation.
Matt had two sold-out shows booked at the Indiana University Auditorium, but couldn’t commit to them.
“Due to an unforeseen conflict in the artist’s touring schedule, Matt Rife’s performances at IU Auditorium are being postponed until May 29,” the venue announced at the time, according to The Herald-Times.
