Brad Pitt Is Looking To Form A Bond With Shiloh As She Turns 18
Earlier reports from DailyMail indicated that an insider claimed that the “Maleficient” actress tried to undermine Pitt’s bond with the kids since their contentious split in 2016 and has ensured that the children had “limited involvement” with their father.
“It is still that way with the underage ones, but with Shiloh, that is no longer Angie’s choice,” the insider shared. “If Shiloh chooses to have limited contact with her dad, that is her decision.”
Now, a source close to Pitt revealed to the news outlet the actor is hopeful about rebuilding his connection with Shiloh now that she is legally an adult and can make her own choices regarding their relationship.

‘Keeping Shiloh From Brad Is No Longer An Option For Angelina’
The insider claimed that the “Fight Club” star would continue to love Shiloh “unconditionally,” regardless of her choice.

Brad Pitt Would ‘Never Stand Down’ And Prioritizes Being ‘Available For His Kids’
Another source told the DailyMail that Pitt would “never stand down” from his role as a father and would “always” be available if his children want to reach out to him. “That is just the maturity he has within himself and the guy Brad is and always has been,” they explained.
The insider added, “As the kids get older and can make more decisions for themselves if it is Shiloh or anyone else if those decisions pose a positive or negative outlook on the father he wants to be, he understands that they are adults and can decide what they want to do.”
The source further emphasized that the “Bullet Train” star prioritizes being there for his kids.
“Angie can make them think differently, but the truth is, Brad always wants them to know that he has their back,” the source said, noting that the truth “always seems to find a way to find itself to the forefront.”
“Brad never wants to regret it, so when he is 70, 80, or 90, he would always love to see his kids and have a relationship with them. He would love Shiloh to start making her own decisions and him to be in the mix for her future, so he just has to see what happens and hope for the best,” the source added.

Angelina Jolie Allegedly Encouraged ‘The Children To Avoid Spending Time’ With Brad Pitt
In early May, court filings at the LA Superior Court alleged that Jolie attempted to drive a wedge between her estranged husband and their six children.
According to documents obtained by the news outlet, former British SAS soldier and ex-bodyguard Tony Webb claimed that his contractors informed him that Jolie was encouraging her children to avoid their father during her custody periods.
The court documents stated that Webb’s colleague overheard the “Salt” actress “encouraging the children to avoid spending time with Pitt during custody visits.”
This revelation emerged as the couple was nearing the end of their lengthy legal battle. Initially, the actor had sought a 50/50 custody arrangement. However, an insider disclosed that he was no longer contesting Jolie’s primary physical custody of the children. Consequently, Jolie maintained primary physical custody, while Pitt had visitation rights.
This decision was influenced by the fact that most of their children had “aged out,” leaving only their 15-year-old twins, Knox and Vivienne, still under 18.
