According to his LinkedIn, Solomon works in “Investor Relations,” though his last job as a Vice President of Chicago Atlantic Group, ended in March 2024, shortly before he joined Summer House.

Solomon is likely interested in building his career as an influencer, which is evident by his recent activity on his social media channels.

He has over 100,000 followers on his Instagram, and nearly 30,000 followers on his TikTok.

The budding influencer also has links for his followers to “shop” his outfits and links to his Amazon Favorites, where he receives a commission for items sold.

Since 2017, he’s also served as a Mentor at Imerman Angels, which “provides free, one-on-one cancer support and personalized mentoring for all cancer fighters, survivors, previvors and caregivers.”

According to his Bravo biography, Solomon is “single and always ready to mingle,” stands tall at 6’5, and has “never had an issue with the ladies and doesn’t plan to start now, regardless of their relationship status.”

When was Jesse diagnosed with cancer and what has he said about his health journey?

Jesse Solomon first opened up about his cancer diagnosis on his Instagram on July 29, 2018.

“On August 31, 2017 I was diagnosed with testicular cancer,” he wrote.

“After an initial surgery, I had caught my cancer early and was blessed to not need further treatment.”

“10 months later, the cancer has spread to my stomach and I am starting my second round of chemo tomorrow,” he added.

“This note is not for anyone to feel badly for me but rather to spread awareness and gain support in helping others.”

“Everyone knows someone with cancer, and if not, let’s be friends. You can help by sending hat/wig ideas, or going to get a physical because we’re not invincible.”

“Also remember to be kind to those around you because you never know what someone else is struggling with.”

“Thank you for all of your love and support, I still feel blessed.”

Solomon also opened up to his Summer House cast members about being a cancer survivor during an episode that aired on Thursday, February 29, 2024.

“When you’re on your ass and you can’t get up to piss, and your brother and your dad lift you up, you’re like, ‘Wow,'” Solomon recalled, as reported by People.

“It definitely puts everything into perspective and makes you realize the importance of family and your friends, who’s there for you and who is not,” he added.

Solomon added that testicular cancer was “one of the better things that’s ever happened” to him.

“The first time I was diagnosed with cancer it was weird because it was like, ‘Did I just have cancer?’ I just had a quick surgery. It was serious, obviously, but I didn’t feel like a cancer survivor,” he said.

He admits it was more nerve-wracking the second time around, having to undergo chemotherapy and “the whole thing.”
