ANGELINA Jolie spoke out about weaknesses in her life as she was featured as a cover star.
The 48-year-old posed for the cover of Vogue Japan for June’s issue and discussed her life in the spotlight and her sustainability goals.
Angelina tried several new crafts across Japan as she partnered with Guerlain’s Women for Bees project and visited some urban hives opened by a group of volunteers in Ginza.
She spoke out about her life in Hollywood and discussed struggles she has recently faced.
“It’s probably my weakness too, but my strength is that I’m emotional. I am deeply human, and flawed,” she told the publication.
“I feel that I want to connect to other people. And that can bring forward chaos, but it can also bring forward very authentic connections.”

Angelina said this has affected her resting time.
“I don’t sleep well, I’m not one of those people,” she explained.
“I never settle. But, you know, I think some of us are kind of born that way.
“I’ve been trying to calm down since I was like five years old, and it’s just not happening,” she continued.

“Some people are just born a little bit on fire.”
Angelina explained how she tried to keep her personal and private life apart.
“I kind of keep it separate. And I haven’t really found a way to have a relationship with fame—other than when I direct,” she added.
“I think I’ve been avoiding it, because I’ve been avoiding Hollywood since I was young.”
“The more you become aware of in the world, the more it sits on your soul in a very, very heavy way,” Angelina continued.
“Because you discover the pain, the inhumanity, the cruelty. And it’s very real, and there’s a lot of injustice.
“As you get older, you see how many times, especially nowadays, a lot that has been fought for is sliding back,” she said.
CUSTODY FIGHTS
