A WOMAN has revealed that she has ditched razors and is proud to embrace her body hair.
The brunette beauty, who is known online as ‘Hairy Rachel Mae’, has shared that she isn’t fussed by what nasty trolls say about her body hair, as she thinks it’s “iconic”.

Posting on social media, the influencer, who shared that she “loves being a hairy babe”, and also admitted to not wearing deodorant, often shares clips of her armpit fuzz.
In a bid to make other women feel more comfortable with their body hair, in one short clip, we saw Rachel Mae wearing a yellow bikini, as she revealed that people will often say to her: “You need to shave!”
But Rachel, who describes herself as a “hairy fairy”, explained that she doesn’t listen to people’s rude remarks, as she simply replied and wrote: “Nope!”
Clapping back at the haters, Rachel mimed along to an audio that said: “Absolutely not, turn around, full u-turn.”
The body confident queen, who explained that she doesn’t conform to ‘societal beauty standards’, held up her arms, proudly showing off her armpit fuzz, as she cheekily smiled for the camera.
In another clip, we saw the curly-haired woman wearing a blue bralet top, with a pair of high-rise black bikini bottoms, showing off her pubic hair.
In response to a question that she often hears, “why don’t you shave?”, Rachel was keen to set the record straight.
Silencing the questioners, Rachel simply confirmed: “Body hair is iconic.”
Alongside the clip, Rachel attached a viral audio of reality star Kim Karashian, that claimed: “Because it’s iconic, and I love to do iconic s**t.”
Not only this, but Rachel also admitted: “I’ve grown super confident with having hairy armpits!
“No shave, no shame.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @hairyrachelmae3636, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly amassed 85,400 views.
Social media users were keen to praise Rachel for showing off her body hair, and many even described her fuzz as ‘beautiful’.
One person said: “So beautiful.”
Another added: “Love the fur.”
To Shave Or Not To Shave?
Shaving norms have been changing for years.
A study from 2016 revealed that nearly one in four females under the age of 25 had stopped shaving their underarms.
And that number is most likely considerably higher now.

But whilst commenters were supportive of Rachel’s body hair, in other clips, the content creator revealed the rude remarks that others have said to her.
