ACTRESS Dyan Cannon has made a rare public appearance while walking her dogs.
In Los Angeles, California, Dyan, 87, was spotted with her two Chihuahuas, Matilda and JC.
During her stroll, the star covered her eyes with black sunglasses.
Dyan donned a long-sleeved black tracksuit with the white rope thread tied like a ribbon.
She paired her jogging suit with blue baggy pants.
Her voluminous, wavy hair flowed past her shoulders and down her back.
Dyan had her cell inside a crossbody phone case.
Her ears had black wireless buds as if she was in the middle of a call.
HEAVEN CAN WAIT
Her public outing came 46 years after her breakthrough role in the Hollywood industry.
In 1978, Dyann was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Heaven Can Wait.
In the comedy/drama film directed by Warren Beatty, 87, and Buck Henry, 89, quarterback Joe Pendleton (Beatty) is killed in an auto accident but still has many more years on earth.
Unable to return to his body, Joe reincarnates in the form of greedy industrialist Leo Farnsworth and ends up crossing paths with Leo’s gold-digging wife Julia Farnsworth (Dyan), who has been trying to murder him.
HER MARRIAGE
Before she landed the noteworthy role, Dyan had finalized her divorce from actor Cary Grant in March 1968.
The former couple married when Dyan was 28 and the movie icon was 61 in 1965.
The exes walked down the aisle at Howard Hughes’ Desert Inn in Las Vegas in July 1965.
Their daughter, Jennifer, was born on February 26, 1966.

‘REALLY CHALLENGING’
In December 2023, The Revenge of the Pink Panther star discussed with Page Six about their split and her tell-all memoir Dear Cary: My Life with Cary Grant.
Dyan – who also appeared on Ally McBeal – admitted to leaving parts about the North by Northwest star from her 2011 book.
“The thing that was really challenging for me in writing the book was what to say and what not to say,” Dyan shared.
“Cary had so many people who loved him, and I didn’t want to take the stars out of their eyes.”
“Mine disappeared for a while but, curiously, the stars are back in my eyes again,” she continued.
“About four months ago I was going through my safe and I found some notes from him that were so adorable, and made me understand why I fell in love with him.”
