AMC has unveiled the official trailer for Orphan Black: Echoes. Check out the full preview below.
Premiering June 23rd, the new series stars Krysten Ritter and is set in the same universe as the original Orphan Black show. Ritter plays Lucy, a woman who uncovers dark, unimaginable secrets as she attempts to learn about her origins.
Orphan Black: Echos also stars Keeley Hawes, Amanda Fix, Avan Jogia, Rya Kihlstedt, and James Hiroyuki Liao, with Anna Fishko (Fear the Walking Dead) serving as creator and showrunner. John Fawcett, co-creator of the original Orphan Black, takes over directorial and production duties.
Following the premiere, Orphan Black: Echoes will air on AMC and BBC America on Sundays at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. The series will also be available to stream on AMC+.
The first Orphan Black series originally debuted in 2013 and lasted for five seasons, wrapping up in the summer of 2017. It received favorable reviews and several Emmy nods throughout its run. The new sequel show was first announced in 2019, with Ritter signing on in 2022.
