My husband had ‘play dates’ with his mistress to cover his affair, I was sobbed when I found out she’d been in our house

IT is every woman’s worst nightmare: finding out their spouse has been having an affair.

Rather than just finding text messages or a voicemail, one woman discovered that her husband had been unfaithful after going on ‘play dates’ with his mistress and her kids.

While most of us would have suffered in silence, the US mum recalled the heartbreaking discovery on TikTok over several videos.

Taking to the app, she revealed that she and her husband had shared a joint business email account.

As the affair continued, a text intended for her husband was sent as an email to the couple’s Google account – which is how the horrified wife uncovered the truth.

It read: “Do you want to meet up so the boys can play?”

Despite asking her husband about this, the influencer later discovered that her partner and the other woman had been using their kids as cover for their affair – with ‘playdates’ offering the perfect excuse.

Checking back through the CCTV footage, she even found footage of the pair sneaking into the family home with the husband even stopping to turn off the camera.

After sharing it on TikTok with the sound of a scream playing over the top, the influencer also revealed that her husband tried to convince her he hadn’t been unfaithful for the next 30 hours.  

Even more heartbreakingly, the camera would also later capture the moment the wife arrived home after the discovery – which she also shared on the app.

During the short clip, the US mum can be seen slowly making her way to the front door as she struggles to contain her sobs.

Since sharing her story online, the US woman has been inundated with women sharing their experiences of their spouse cheating.

After posting a follow-up clip, she wrote: “It breaks my heart to see that so many others have experienced similar pain!”

Shockingly, she isn’t the only one who discovered her partner was being unfaithful via an app.

In fact, another unlucky-in-love influencer revealed that she’d discovered her husband was being unfaithful via the fitness app Strava.

Her suspicions had been raised when her husband suddenly announced that they were going on a ‘break’.

“This is when I started digging in and saying, ‘something bigger must be going on here’. So immediately, I started becoming like an FBI detective,” she joked.

She only got confirmation after seeing his runs, which had been recorded by the app, were less than a mile long.

It turns out that her former spouse had been running to meet his mistress, who had been a friend of the family before the affair.

Despite her heartbreak, the Tiktok star has managed to see the funny side and joked in the caption that she is ‘applying to the FBI’.

With so many potential cheaters about, it is a wonder that people get married at all.
