AMERICAN Idol host Ryan Seacrest has left fans concerned after he shared a photo looking thin.
Fans claimed that he looked “too skinny” in the current photo, and they wondered about his health.
Ryan, 49, shocked fans with a throwback photo, as he shared two pictures of himself to Instagram on Friday.
The first one was of a young Ryan in a tank top, shorts, and sunglasses.
The star stood next to a bunch of fish on hooks as he posed with a drink in his hand.
Young Ryan’s hair was blonde and windswept.

His tan body was scrawny and his Gold’s Gym tank hung off his chest.
In the recent photo, a current-day Ryan stood in front of his stove, holding a small bowl of fish, as he smiled.
He wore a black t-shirt and black short shorts.
Ryan’s brown hair was wavy and brushed nicely on his head.
The radio host barely filled out his shirt and his neck and arms appeared thinner.
“Then & now. Incredibly, I was the same height as an anchovy back then…” the new Wheel of Fortune host captioned the post.
IS RYAN OK?
While most fans said Ryan looked the same as he did back then, others noticed his current thin frame.
“He looks too thin. He looks sick,” one concerned person commented, as another added, “Don’t get too skinny!”
“You’re looking lean,” added a third, and one fan shared, “Same height and weight.”
“I love you, but why are you so thin now? Are you ok?” asked an Instagram user.
“And you’re still as skinny as one,” a fan pointed out.
To that, Ryan replied, “I wish!”
OH MY, RY!
This isn’t the first time Ryan has sparked concern from fans.
In November, the American Idol notable shared a video of him working out in his mansion.
Ryan wore a weight loss vest and lifted a black weighted bar,.
He struggled to keep his knees straight as he bent them suddenly.
“This carpet is making me feel a bit underdressed,” Ryan wrote at the time.
“Thanks Jarrod Houston for this workout of the day. I’m still limping.”
However, fans were more focused on Ryan’s apparent limp.
“Don’t swing your upper torso when doing that… You will hurt your lower back,” one wrote.
“Are you ok?” asked another.
“Ryan, do not rock your back and slow down with your reps… you want resistance,” a fan offered advice.
