Ever since his scene-stealing turn as Oberyn Martell in Game of Thrones, Pedro Pascal has risen through the ranks to become one of Hollywood’s leading A-list actors.
Thanks to roles in projects such as Narcos, Kingsman: The Golden Circle, The Mandalorian, The Last of Us, The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent — and, most recently, being cast as Reed Richards in Marvel’s The Fantastic Four — Pascal is now a household name tasked with leading some of the biggest properties in the business.
Unfortunately, though, it may turn out that Pascal is the Zodiac Killer — or at least that’s what people on social media are calling him after finding out how he studies his script notes.
Speaking with fellow SAG Awards-nominated Billy Crudup, Matthew Macfadyen, and Kiernan Culkin during a recent roundtable discussion, Pascal revealed that he studies his lines by making Zodiac-style glyphs to memorize his lines.
On Valentine’s Day, Pascal was confirmed to be starring as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Marvel Studios’ highly-anticipated The Fantastic Four, which will hit theaters in July 2025.
In addition to Pascal, Oscar-nominee Vanessa Kirby has been cast as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Stranger Things 4 breakout Joseph Quinn landed the role of Johnny Storm/Human Torch, while The Bear star Ebon Moss-Bacharach will star as Ben Grimm/The Thing.
Before The Fantastic Four, though, Pascal will next be seen starring in Ethan Cohen’s Drive-Away Dolls, which will be hitting theaters on February 23, 2024.
He’s also attached to films such as The Uninvited, Gladiator 2, Tropico, Materialists, and a The Mandalorian movie, and is also set to star in the HBO series My Dentist’s Murder Trial.
