X-Men ’97 Plot/Synopsis
The story picks up where the previous animated series ended. Following the death of Professor Xavier, the X-men team members are all by themselves. Even after saving humanity, these mutants can’t prove they’re safe to be around. The trailer shows people protesting against these superheroes, questioning if they can co-exist with the human race.
The superheroes face new challenges while dealing with being called a threat to humanity. A hint about the same is dropped with Erik Lehnsherr/Magneto’s mention. What will be the fate of these superheroes? We will find out more when the series is released.

Studio Mir has done the series’ animation. The creators have tried to keep the original looks of the superheroes from the 90s show while bringing subtle modern touches. The animation began in April 2023, and the series was supposed to be released in late 2023.
