Baltimore hardcore heroes Turnstile have announced a collaboration with Converse on two sneaker designs set to drop this Thursday (January 25th).
Per Converse’s online store, the “Blackout” Chuck 70 “pairs an all-black canvas upper with translucent details, prints on the outsole and sockliner, and a reflective ‘Turnstile Love Connection’ tour graphic.”
Meanwhile, the “Only One Star” One Star Pro “channels [Turnstile’s] unique aesthetic and passion for skateboarding into the leather design, pairing distinctive details inspired by their album art.”
Both sneakers will be available at the links above beginning at 10 a.m. ET on Thursday. The Chuck 70 retails for $95, while the One Star Pro sells for $80.
Turnstile broke through in a big way with their 2021 album, Glow On. Already known for their dynamic live shows, the band reached a new stratosphere thanks to songs like “Mystery,” “Blackout,” and “Holiday.” In fact, we here at Consequence named Turnstile our 2021 Heavy Band of the Year.
As for 2024, Turnstile have tour dates booked in Latin America for March and April, as well as a run of European festivals set for June. Tickets for their upcoming shows are available here.
