Fans have been convinced that the Teen Mom alum is pregnant based on her recent social media posts.

Kayla posted a photo on Instagram with her boyfriend, Ryan Leigh.
The pair kissed while on the deck of a private yacht in the middle of the ocean.
Kayla donned a tiny bikini with a green shirt on top, which left her long legs bare.
Ryan wore a pair of blue swimming shorts and held a drink.

“Making memories that’ll last forever,” Kayla captioned the post with a heart emoji.
Some fans have suggested that the star either edited her photo or had work done.
“Ok BBL…I see you girl,” a commenter wrote.
“I wish,” Kayla clapped back after several accusations.

Fans noticed something strange about the photo and flocked to Reddit to discuss their thoughts.
“Kayla’s latest photo speculation,” a user captioned the thread and added a screenshot of Kayla’s post.
“People in the comments are saying she photoshopped her stomach to hide the bump. She isn’t denying the pregnancy in her comments. Time will tell,” they added.

“Okay when I saw this on insta I took it at face value and was like ‘oh maybe she’s not pregnant after all,’

Several fans have suspected Kayla was pregnant after she concealed her stomach on social media.
The reality star recently shared a photo of herself on Instagram which further fuelled rumors.
Kayla captured a side view of herself through a bathroom mirror sporting the number that loosely draped over her stomach and had cutouts along her midsection.
Before this, Kayla filmed a a YouTube video which got fans talking.
Fans pointed out the move and believed Kayla strategically positioned the camera to hide a baby bump.
“You’re pregnant 100%,” one person commented.
“She’s definitely pregnant, that breathing tells it all,” a second claimed.
