SHE may be just 20, but Alicia Bell has already had a boob job, Botox injected into her face and now the latest beauty procedure – a brand new set of gnashers.
The rising social media star, who has big dreams of becoming the Prime Minister one day, has always been transparent about the work she’s had done – and her pearly whites are no exception.

Alicia, 20, first made headlines after admitting she’s going back to her ”chav” roots, as she had had enough of trying to look classy.
Since then, the aspiring politician, who posts under the username @shalomjackieandtheuthers, has had ”1278ml” of filler pumped into her face and lips, as well as Botox and a boob job she got last year.
Now, the glam makeover’s been completed with a set of composite veneers that cost her an eye-watering £3.5k, Alicia recently revealed on TikTok.
Although many insisted her natural teeth were ”nice” to begin with, the young woman felt they were ”not perfect”.
Unfortunately for the 20-year-old, who got the treatment in the UK, the results were far from her expectations, as she admitted to being mortified after seeing her new smile for the first time.
Despite smiling in the video and telling the pros how ”amazing” the veneers looked, Alicia said she was ”crying and having a panic attack cause they looked so big at first”.
”I hate them,” she later bravely opened up about her true reaction hiding in a nearby loo.
”What the f**k? Are you joking?”
But whilst the politics enthusiast has since grown to like her fresh gnashers, the reaction online was slightly different, as trolls raced to slam the ”terrible” glow-up.
Some reckoned the young woman now looked like a ”horse”, with one meanie saying: ”There was literally nothing wrong with the before!”
”The teeth before were so cute and angelic,” another chimed in.
Someone else urged Alicia: ”Please stop ruining your natural beauty at such a young age.
”Surgeries don’t cure the insecurities and in fact make them worse.”
Luckily, there were also plenty of supportive fans who reminded others that it was Alicia’s decision – and not theirs.
”Your teeth were perfect before but whatever makes you happy girl,” a kind social media user hit back at the trolls.
”No babe you look good, don’t worry I understand that feeling though,” a second penned.
Speaking of her decision to go back to her ”chavvy” ways, the 20-year-old, who’s also been dubbed ”an icon”, said:
”I just think that’s how I feel comfortable.
“I’ve just given up on this classy look. I’m not a classy woman, to be honest. I’m a chav.
“So I need to just get on with the look, get back with the look, and get my lips done.
“I also need to get my teeth done this year, because I feel really insecure about it.
“I want them to be, like, proper fake, you know? You know, that fake look.
“Like Joey Essex, so that my teeth really stand out when I look at people.”
