LIZ’S BAD CHOICE
Anna’s sister Elizabeth Johnston, 21, was recently called out for making a dangerous decision with her newborn daughter.
Liz welcomed her first child – kicking off the family’s third generation – with her boyfriend Brice Bolden in November.
A few weeks after welcoming her newborn, she has already received some backlash for a recent parenting choice.
In an Instagram Story, Liz showed her daughter smiling in the car while at a Christmas light show.
Liz was seen holding her baby up to her chest while sitting in the back seat, without a car seat.
Taking to Reddit, some called out the new mom for not having her newborn in a car seat.
One questioned: “No car seat?! Did they take the baby out of the car seat just for a photo op? I hope there’s a car seat back there…”
A second replied: “Calloway Gardens is a drive-through light show. I’m sure they are driving through without the baby in the car seat.”
“I don’t care if they are ‘driving slow,’ ‘off of the main road,’ or ‘just taking her out for a feeding.’ If you have a platform as big as they do, you DO NOT post a photo of a newborn in a car not in a car seat. Period,” a third slammed.
