1000-LB. Sisters star Tammy Slaton has appeared in a new video while sporting a new hairstyle.
The 37-year-old posted the video on TikTok earlier this week to answer a fan comment.

Tammy’s fan wrote: “Your hair now is my favorite. Super cute color and style.”
The TLC star’s hair appeared to be cut very short in a pixie cut in a dark red color.
She was also wearing a sunflower-patterned scarf and an oversized Grinch sweatshirt.
In the clip, she said: “Thank you, I kind of wanted to talk about my hair actually.
“If y’all have been watching the fourth season, episode three of part B, then you’ll see at the beginning I had red curly hair.
“That was this past February – it ain’t even been a year – and my hair has actually grown in so much.”
“So the surgery actually has done wonderful for my hair and for my body and for my health and for my happiness,” she ended in a goofy voice with a large smile on her face.
The 1000-Lb. Sister went on to say: “I’m proud of myself. I’m proud of my hair. And it’s not like super short.”

Tammy soon showed off the rest of her hair which was tied in a bun on the back of her head.
She posted multiple videos in the same outfit.
WE LOVE TO SEE IT
Fans on Tammy’s TikTok page praised her for maintaining her new lifestyle and weight loss.
One said: “You make me smile every time I see you!! So proud of you, keep up the great work!! Much love from NC.”
“I love to see you so happy and much healthier,” added another.
A third wrote: “Yes ms tammy very proud of you and your sister doing good.”
A fan said: “Tammy you are so beautiful!! You should be so proud of yourself. you’ve come a long way!!! I know you are definitely an inspiration to others!!!”
“Tammy I’m so proud of you girl! Not only the weight loss but you seem so much more at peace. You’ve done a complete 180,” commented a fifth.
FRONT SEAT LIFE
Tammy was finally able to sit in the front seat of a car for the first time in over two decades.
In a scene in an episode of 1000-Lb. Sisters, she was about to travel with her brother Chris Combs.
Before they got to the car, he announced that he was going to try to sit Tammy in the front seat.
In response, she was concerned that she wouldn’t be able to fit between the door and the console in the car.
Chris responded by saying: “We can squish. As long as the door shuts, we’re good,” with a laugh.
In a confessional, she admitted that she hadn’t been able to sit in the front seat of a car since she was 15 or 16 years old.
“It’s been 20 years,” said Tammy. but she was still willing to try.
With little effort, she used her walker to get to the car and successfully got into the front seat.
When Tammy realized she would fit, she had a huge smile plastered across her face.
In a different confessional, Chris said: “When Tammy realizes that she sat down in the chair and she’s good to go and the door can close, you can tell the little battle that she just beat made her feel wonderful.”
