Kamar was an actor who was best known for his role on ABC’s soap opera, One Life to Live. Kamar portrayed Antonio Vega, a cop, on the series from 1995 until 2009.
Kamar is also well-known for lending his voice to the Call of Duty games. He portrayed Raul Menendez on the game.
He discussed his role on the video game with Gamer Hub TV.
“I’m really grateful to be given this opportunity,” he said.

Kamar’s last television role was in the series, All American. He also starred in The Rookie as Ryan Caradine.
The Puerto Rican actor also played Jobe in the hit series, Sleepy Hollow.
Kamar’s spokesperson said the actor passed away on Christmas Eve following a brief battle with cancer. It wasn’t immediately clear which cancer he was battling.
He was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in 1967. He grew up in Las Vegas. His father, Walfredo de los Reyes, is a percussionist. He was one of five children.
He got his start in the series, The Valley of the Dolls in 1994.
Following his stint on the series, he also starred in a number of films including The Cell and Salt.
Before he passed away, Kamar was working on the upcoming Hulu series, Washington Black. The series also stars, Sterling K. Brown.

Sherri, like her husband, is also an actress.
She starred in the Freeform series, The Fosters. She portrayed Lena Adams Fosters on the long-running series.
Sherri and Kamar met while filming One Life to Live together. The characters they portrayed on the soap opera were romantically involved with one another.
The couple lived in Los Angeles.
The couple share twin sons, John and Michael. The twins are 9 years old. Kamar also has another son named Caylen, 26, from a previous relationship.
