TEEN Mom Chelsea Houska has been slammed for having a dangerous fire hazard in her kitchen as she boasted about her new Christmas decorations.
The MTV alum posted a snapshot of the holiday decorations to her home decor brand Aubrey Says’ Instagram account on Saturday.
The photo showed Chelsea, 32, cooking at her stove with a Christmas wreath hanging above the burners and mounted to a stove fan.
The social media post was captioned: “Who says Wreaths are just for the front door? Bring the holiday spirit to your little cooking haven!”
In the comment section, several fans applauded the holiday decor idea with just as many complimenting Chelsea’s fashion choices.
Others, however, mentioned that the mounted position of the wreath could potentially be a safety hazard.

One person wrote: “All I see is a fire happening.”
Another critic commented: “Seems like a fire hazard lol.”
Critics also revealed they think Chelsea has “ruined her face” after the star looked unrecognizable in a new video.
A clip from the Down Home Fab Holiday Special, “Home Tour with the DeBoers,” showed Chelsea, 32, and her husband Cole DeBoer, 35, enjoying hot chocolate was posted to a Teen Mom-dedicated Reddit board.

In the video, the former Teen Mom 2 star asked: “Should we cheers?”
Fulfilling his wife’s request, Cole responded: “My favorite part of Christmas is I always have the best gift right here.”
In the comment thread, one person ignored the sweet holiday moment as they wrote: “She ruined her face.”
A second fan reasoned: “I honestly think it’s makeup and sunless tanner. It’s discoloring her face in all [the] wrong places.”
“It might be the filter but her skin looks grey to me. She looks like a zombie,” added a third.
A fourth commenter wrote: “Exactly what I said to myself just now. She legit looks grey.”
“She’s never been good at color matching,” remarked a fifth.
A sixth critic commented: “She was so pretty and now she looks monstrous.”
And a seventh agreed, writing: “I know! That just kills me. She was so damn pretty before she did whatever it is she’s done to herself.”
PHOTOSHOPPED?
Earlier this month, Chelsea was ripped by fans for seemingly photoshopping a new photo to make herself look thinner.
The questionable pic came from the TV personality’s holiday party at her South Dakota farmhouse.
Chelsea shared the snap on Instagram over the weekend, showing her and Cole posing in front of their fully decorated Christmas tree.
The couple smiled, with Chelsea flaunting her tinier figure in a plunging, skintight blue mini dress, showing off her skinny legs.
She completed the look with black high heels, a full face of makeup, and her curly brunette locks in an updo.
Cole opted to wear gray pants, a black button-down, and a matching blazer, with black dress shoes.
“Holiday party szn,” the HGTV star captioned the post with a Christmas tree emoji.
FANS’ REACTIONS
Back on Reddit, many fans praised the star for her incredible body.
However, others weren’t completely sold that was her actual look and accused Chelsea of altering the pic to make her legs appear skinnier.
“I feel like there are some filters on this though right? Like I think she def looks great but I don’t feel like she is this small, especially her legs,” one critic said.
“That’s a lot of photo editing,” pointed out another.
“Honestly. She always looks different in the pics she posts vs videos that are posted of her. She still looks great and fit, but she edits herself longer and thinner,” someone else replied.
CHELSEA’S JOURNEY
Critics have often scrutinized Chelsea about her seemingly changed looks since her earlier days on TV.
Fans were first introduced to the mom of four when she starred on MTV’s 16 and Pregnant, which documented her pregnancy with her first child, Aubree, now 14.
She continued her reality TV run on the spin-off Teen Mom 2, sharing her journey as a young single mom and her constant battles with Aubree’s father, Adam Lind.
Fans later watched her story evolve as she married Cole, and they welcomed their three children: Watson, six, Layne, four, and Walker, two.
The family left the show in November 2020 and started a series on HGTV called Down Home Fab, where they put their interior decorating skills to work and transform clients’ homes.
