AMERICAN Pickers star Mike Wolfe has taken off work to spend time with his rarely-seen daughter Charlie, 11, as the two had a fun day in Franklin, Tennessee.

In exclusive photos obtained by The U.S. Sun, Mike and Charlie were seen walking through the Leiper’s Fork town on Saturday, December 9, with friends.
The group checked out a parked vintage car before heading to SchoolHouse Private Member Club.
Mike wore a matching denim button-down shirt and jeans for the day with his daughter, as she donned a white sweater and black leggings.
They stayed at the members-only club for hours with Mike enjoying the company of his friends while drinking beers and eating.

The town of Leipers Fork was gearing up to have its annual Christmas parade, which Mike likely planned to bring Charlie to before it was canceled the morning of due to inclement weather.
But the rain didn’t stop residents, including Mike, from gathering in the small town to enjoy music, food, and drinks.
A description of the exclusive spot reads: “TN’s most splendid private event venue and club, fusing Country Living with Rock’n’roll splendor.”
Mike rarely posts his pre-teen on social media, likely to protect her privacy.

The last photo Mike posted with his daughter was on Father’s Day, as he captioned a photo of them cuddling on his couch: “Starting out the day with some Father’s Day love from Charlie Wolfe and Midnight Wolfe! Happy Father’s Day Guys.. Peace and love to you all.”
CUSTODY AGREEMENT
Mike and Jodi’s divorce was finalized in December 2021.
In divorce court papers previously obtained by The U.S. Sun, Jodi is listed as the primary residential parent.
She has custody of their daughter 230.5 days of the year, while Mike has her in his care for 134.5 days.
Mike pays $2,100 a month in child support, and provides medical and dental insurance to his daughter.
Because of Mike’s work on American Pickers, he must submit to Jodi in writing if he is unable to exercise his scheduled parenting time up to four consecutive days.
They have joint decision-making regarding education, religious upbringing, non-emergency healthcare and extracurricular activities.
NEW HOME
Mike moved into his $1,050,000 home in June 2020 amid his divorce.
The 3,153-square-foot home features three bathrooms and three bathrooms.
The abode sits on 1.63 acres of land, where he stores his many luxury and vintage cars.
He is just a 45-minute drive to his Nashville store Antique Archaeology and a 30-minute drive to Columbia, Tennessee.
KING OF COLUMBIA
Mike took a break from overseeing his multiple businesses in Columbia, including Columbia Motor Alley, Two Lanes Guesthouse vacation rental and a new restaurant.
According to property records viewed by The U.S. Sun, Mike dropped $600,000 on the commercial real estate on September 15, 2022.
The 976-square-foot space was built in 1953.
In exclusive photos obtained by The U.S. Sun from November, the property was under construction.
A source told The U.S. Sun at the time: “It’s going to be a restaurant. They are going to sell pizza, soda, that kind of stuff.
“Construction workers are building a stage for karaoke, a fire pit and a pergola in front of the building.”
Mike even stopped by the property on the morning of November 3 to check out the progress, as he appeared pleased with the work.
