Adele loves hiking. “Happy New Year from myself and this dog I met at the top of a mountain last night. 2023 I’m ready for ya!” she captioned a post from an NYE hike. “Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between,” says the National Parks Service. Adele recently picked up a new hobby: Pole dancing. “Was encouraged to let her live in the grid. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”
Adele also does strength and weight training. “Like a lot of women who exercise (at least that I’ve spoken to), I’ve always been afraid of working out my upper body ‘too much’. As a result, my workout schedule has largely been lower body focused. Since joining forces with @mike_fitness__ on top of my @bodybyciara schedule, however, my love for upper body conditioning has really started to grow. I’m not doing anything particularly extreme, but I was really on the 1 upper body day a week MAX flex – and more time like 75% of my week would be spent working out the lower body,” she captioned a post.
