What’s this we hear?
If you have your ear close to the ground, it sounds like pop queen Taylor Swift has not one, not two, not three but four (!) surprises up her sleeve for her three upcoming ‘Eras’ Tour concerts at East Rutherford, NJ’s MetLife Stadium on Friday, May 26, Saturday, May 27 and Sunday, May 28.
Yes, Tay Tay has once again shook Swifties to their core after unveiling another round of bombshell revelations that include more new music for them to revel in.
What are the shakeups the “Shake It Off” singer has in store?
Keep reading and we’ll tell you everything we know about what Swift has planned for her Memorial Day weekend residency at MetLife.
- Karma feat. Ice Spice: When the clock strikes midnight on Friday, May 26, Taylor will release a brand spanking new version of her hit “Karma” from 2022’s “Midnights” featuring the iconic Ice Spice. “She is THE ONE to watch,” Swift promised when she announced the collab on Instagram with a space-themed photo of the two.
- Snow on the Beach feat. Lana Del Rey (Pt. 2): The highly requested re-do is happening! Fans were thrilled when “Midnights” featured Taylor’s longtime friend, Lana Del Rey. Despite the excitement, fans still felt Lana’s voice was too low to truly be heard in the song. So, naturally being the mastermind that she is, Taylor and Lana went back into the studio to bring fans a re-recorded version featuring more Lana. This remix will also be released on Friday, May 26 at midnight.
- Midnights (Til Dawn Edition) deluxe album: Just when it seems Swift couldn’t possibly have more music up her sleeve, she does. Because of course. If the new collaborations weren’t already enough to have fans spiraling, news dropped that those two songs — as well as an unreleased track — will be on Taylor’s “Midnights (Til Dawn Edition) deluxe album,” certainly will. That’s right, the album now includes three sections: “Midnight,” “3am” and “Til Dawn.”
- Special Edition CD: ALERT!!! if you are going to the East Rutherford shows you are among the lucky Taylor fans who will have the chance to purchase a special edition, limited edition, in person only CD. The singer added this little tidbit at the end of her lengthy list of surprises noting that the disc will include a “Midnights” vault track called “You’re Losing Me.”
Plus, if you’re going to a show at MetLife, you just might bump into new Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers who confirmed he’ll “for sure” be there to see Swift perform on his now home turf.

Taylor Swift opening acts
This weekend, Taylor is bringing Phoebe Bridgers, Gracie Abrams Gayle and Owenn with her on select dates of the three-night residency.
Here’s what you need to know about the established openers.
Phoebe Bridgers, 28, is a headliner in her own right. In 2021-22, the four-time Grammy nominee took her “Reunion Tour” to venues all over the country and lent her talent to numerous music festivals. You may also know her from her side projects: Boygenius with pals Lucy Dacus and Julien Baker or Better Oblivion Community Center alongside Conor Oberst.
Gracie Abrams, the daughter of film director JJ Abrams and producer Katie McGrath, is a star in her own right. Her song “I miss you, I’m sorry” has upwards of 100 million streams on Spotify, she opened for Olivia Rodrigo on the 2022 “Sour Tour” and headlined her own tour this spring as well.
Gayle sings that song you hear everywhere. Yes, Gayle is known for her smash single “ABCDEFU,” which she wrote in response to a comment on TikTok. Following the song’s success, Gayle mounted her tour, dubbed “Feeling It Together,” and hit venues all over the U.S. in 2022.
OWENN, a powerful R&B singer, is the only male opening act on the “Eras Tour.” It’s possible that you may recognize him from Swift’s music video “Lover” where he played the romantic lead opposite Taylor. Haven’t heard his stuff? You’ll want to check out the catchy single “Baby Girl,” which will get you moving and grooving in no time.
