We can still remember how Don McLean’s music used to make us smile.
Thankfully, the legendary singer-songwriter is returning to the road this year to make us smile once again on his quick 13-concert ‘American Pie 50th Anniversary Tour’ that will take him to venues all over the U.S. from June through October.
Midway through the run, the timeless crooner and New Rochelle native will swing into the Northeast for just a pair of gigs.
First, he’ll play Boston’s Wilbur Theater on Saturday, Aug. 5.
Two days later, McLean will headline at Ocean City, NJ’s Ocean City Pier on Monday, Aug. 7.
Best of all though, tickets are available for all upcoming concerts to see the classic rock icon live in concert this summer.

Now that’s a steal considering McLean regularly plays upwards of 20 songs at all shows, which is pretty impressive for a 77-year-old.
