Actress Cristina Pedroche is currently expecting her first child. She recently enjoyed a pool day in Miami, and shared some photos on Instagram. Pedroche makes sure to workout on a regular basis. One thing she makes sure to do is stretch. She shared this video on Instagram of herself stretching. In it, Pedroche is seen doing back stretches, oblique stretches, and using a medicine ball. She captioned the post, “Here are some stretches that I try to do practically every day in case they work for you.”
One thing Pedroche likes to do to stay in shape is practicing yoga. Despite being pregnant, she is still making time to do yoga. She recently posted this video on Instagram of herself doing poses. Pedroche captioned the post, “Yoga and meditation are making me live the process of pregnancy from respecting, awareness and loving my body. ❤️Loving every shift feeling strong and flexible.”
Pedroche shared some of her wellness tips in an interview with Women’s Health. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is running. “When I go running I feel freedom,” she says. “I feel that I am myself, I feel that running makes me a better person…The first day I ran, I did more than five kilometers and that motivated me a lot.”
Pedroche likes to challenge herself. She tells Women’s Health that one thing she started doing is meditating. “I’m doing a challenge for myself,” Pedroche revealed. “I have meditated since I started doing yoga, but not continuously, I only did it when I felt like it. But I decided to meditate every day to see what would happen and I’ve been doing it for more than a month and I’m delighted.”
Pedroche shared some of her diet tips to Women’s Health. She says that protein is a big part of her diet. “From Monday to Friday, eating healthy is sacred. Combining proteins and vegetables is for me the key to success. Then, on days when my schedule is really tight and I can’t eat, I have a protein porridge. I eat a lot of protein because since I do a lot of strength training, the muscles have to be strong and nourished.”
