In another recent Instagram post, Jen shared two photos and a three-second video that featured her posing by the beach as the waves lapsed against the warm sand behind her. In the video, she holds onto her bikini bottoms as her long dark hair gets blown around her face by the wind.
The camera then changes to show Jen holding back her long brown hair with one hand as she holds onto her bikini bottoms with her left hand. Her gold-banded watch stands out against her glowing tan as she stands with her bare feet buried in the warm sand.

-½ cup shredded cheese
-4 large eggs

1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Crack 4 large eggs into blender
3. Add one cup of raw spinach into blender and blend
4. Add your ham to a non-stick muffin tin or silicone baking cups
5. Pour your eggs into the cups
6. Sprinkle in your cheese and top with everything but the bagel seasoning
7. Bake for 10-13 minutes and enjoy!
