In an interview with Viva, Wieniwa opened up about her diet, exercise, and wellness secrets. She revealed that she tries to eat a healthy diet, most of the time. However, she does say that she makes time to indulge, albeit once in a while. “I make a cheat day for restaurants and sweets once a week and that’s enough for me.”

For Wieniawa, the most important part of wellness is consistency. She says to Viva that she makes sure to stick to her routines every day, no matter how difficult it may get. “I exercise almost every day, don’t eat the gluten that stuffs, and try to stick to my diets. Lots of sacrifices, but I can see the results.”

Wieniawa’s wellness routine starts first thing in the morning. She revealed to Viva that she is a fan of the popular morning habit of drinking warm lemon water, to flush out her system. “Warm lemon water in the morning on an empty stomach is also good.”

For most people, their vacations are time to indulge, relax, and not think about wellness. For Wieniawa, that doesn’t apply. She says to Viva that she likes to exercise and stay active while she’s on vacation. Even if it’s just walking and hiking everywhere. “As soon as I was on vacation in Masuria, I was driving and swimming. I try to be on the move all the time.”

Wieniawa is a singer, which means that she has to learn dance routines and moves for her music videos and performances. She also doesn’t need to be in rehearsals or on stage to be dancing, as she has posted several dance videos on Instagram and TikTok. Dancing has a lot of benefits, according to Open Access. “Dancing exercises the heart, lungs, muscles, joints, and ligaments, and in doing so it tests your balance, muscle strength, and coordination. But more than that – dancing also requires cognitive memory.”
